Rental rules & terms
- Mileage limit: all our rentals include unlimited kilometers. In case you want to drive outside Croatia, it must be approved before the rental.
- The rental day: the minimum rental duration is the rental day, which means 24 hours. In these 24 hours are included handover and the return of the car.
- Minimum age: 21 for all the cars
- Documentation: a valid driving licence held for more than one year and a valid ID.
- Payment: you can pay with cash, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal.
- The deposit: the deposit is 1000€. It is only a pre-authorization demand on your credit card (two cards if necessary) or with cash (when we handover you the car). No money is effectively taken from your account. Money won't be returned to the renter only in case the car is stolen or has damage that the renter is responsible for.
- Insurance: the insurance is included in the price.
- Booking / cancellation:reservation amount is 20% of the rental price which you must pay before your handover. In case of a cancellation, less than one week before the scheduled date of departure, the rental amount will be owed in full. Also, if you cancel more than 7 days, all the amounts debts will be converted in a voucher for your next rent.
- Parking: we will assure you free parking in our garage for your car, during the rent.
